As a Senior Product Designer on Consumer Revenue , you'll help shape how millions of people discover, experience, and engage with Discord's paid products and offerings. You'll work on experiences that create meaningful value for our users while helping grow Discord's consumer business - from exploring new ways to monetize to improving and evolving existing revenue products. You'll be involved in the full product development process from end to end, from identifying opportunities and shaping product strategy to prototyping, experimentation, and launch. You'll bring a strong balance of product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Marketing to understand user needs, test hypotheses, and turn insights into impactful experiences. As a B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) team, we serve two key audiences. For game studios, we build smart integrations and intuitive tools that make it easy for developers and community managers to connect with players and bring the best of Discord into their games. For players, we enhance on-platform experiences that deepen their connection to the games they love and make it easier to build lasting friendships through play, which ties directly to Discord's mission of helping people find belonging. You'll focus on the player-facing side of that equation: the experiences players have on Discord and in-game as a result of studio integrations.
