This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade. What You’ll Be Doing User-Facing AI Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language. You will define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time. Operational AI & Agent Systems Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. You will identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into age
