Qualification
8+ years of experience , including 5+ in product management or equivalent founder/operator roles. Analytical rigor: You are comfortable working directly with data, cost models, and operational metrics to make and defend complex decisions. Deep technical fluency: You can reason about large-scale systems, load management, API platforms, and machine-learning models and engage engineers as a close product partner. Platform & systems thinking mindset: You think in systems, and design for reuse and the long term. Leadership, stakeholder influence, and communication : You should be comfortable working cross-functionally (engineering, data, product) and influencing without direct authority. You must be able to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, drive alignment, and make trade-offs crystal clear.
