About the role Own Lab37's training products and learning management system. The role is responsible for both the platform and the content that helps kitchen staff, field-service technicians, and support teams use Lab37 systems safely and effectively. The PM drives the product development from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. What you’ll do Own the training and LMS roadmap: Set the product vision, priorities, and release plan for Lab37 training and learning management products. Develop build-versus-buy and platform integration recommendations for this product area. Author and maintain product artifacts: Create PRDs, user stories, learner and administrator workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics across all roles and workflows Lead user research and discovery: Study how kitchen, service, and support teams learn and work. Turn those insights into clear product and curriculum requirements. Own content creation and quality: Set the content plan and guide technical writers and other creators. Approve final materials and remain accountable for their accuracy and effectiveness. Keep learning aligned with product updates : Partner with the Robotics, Culinary, Fleet and Customer Support PMs so training reflects product changes and field issues. Contribute to shared decisions without owning their roadmaps. Deliver the LMS end to end: Take the product from definition through pilot and rollout. Translate customer, support-agent, and operational insights into a prioritized roadmap spanning self-service, automation, human workflows, case management, triage, and escalation. What you’ll do Own and refine a multi-year customer support systems roadmap: Ground priorities in customer research, support data, operational needs, and Lab37's strategic goals. Design a scalable, tiered support model: Define experiences and handoffs across self-service, automated resolution, frontline support, specialists, and Engineering or Field Service escalation. Build intelligent intake, triage, and routing: Establish the issue taxonomy, severity model, ownership rules, and escalation paths across robotics, KDS, Otter, and related integrations. Create automated and human-assisted support experiences: Deliver knowledge tools, guided diagnostics, agent assistance, and playbooks that recommend next steps and preserve context through every handoff. Connect support workflows to system context: Bring telemetry, logs, configurations, order and integration status, and customer history into the tools used to diagnose and resolve issues. Create clear fleet visibility: help teams understand system health, performance, and emerging risk across sites. Make maintenance proactive: use telemetry anomalies and fault patterns to trigger useful alerts and preventive service actions. Improve service and repair: design the workflow from issue triage through verified return to service. Ensure technicians can access repair guidance and record completed work onsite or offline. Define system integrations: ensure fleet tools exchange reliable asset and service data with ERP and related systems. This role is critical to the success of our engineering and product development teams, and we’re looking for someone who can identify and develop relationships with world-class suppliers, build long-term relationships, and negotiate complex contracts. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical understanding, supply chain savvy, and polished relationship-building skills to help bring our innovative hardware products to market Responsibilities Partner closely with engineering teams to understand product roadmaps and identify supply chain needs. Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers and manufacturing partners across a global landscape.
