REQUIREMENTS: Product Positioning & Technical Narrative Own the positioning and messaging for Baseten’s dedicated inference and platform capabilities, including autoscaling, routing, failover, release safety, observability, and cost/performance capabilities. Translate infrastructure-heavy product work into buyer narratives for ML engineering, platform engineering, security, compliance, procurement, and executive audiences. Partner with Product and Engineering to understand the technical architecture, customer value, roadmap tradeoffs, and proof points behind each capability. Define when a capability should be positioned as a platform differentiator, a dedicated inference requirement, a reliability story, a compliance story, or sales enablement. Build messaging that is technically credible without being overly implementation-focused or generic. Launch Strategy & GTM Execution Build and execute launch plans for major dedicated inference and serving platform capabilities, from early internal enablement through external announcement. Decide what deserves a full launch versus what should ship through docs, sales enablement, customer-specific materials, or targeted enterprise outreach. Create launch assets including messaging briefs, landing pages, blog posts, sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, demo storylines, competitive talk tracks, and customer-facing proof points. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're hiring a Marketing Analytics Manager to establish how Marketing at Baseten makes decisions with data. Marketing at Baseten is scaling fast: more spend, more campaigns, more model launches and more inbound. This is a foundational, hands-on role and the first dedicated Marketing Analytics hire. You'll work directly with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, MOps and Product Marketing alongside GTM, Finance, Product and Engineering to stitch together activities and outcomes across the funnel. You'll build the data models that connect acquisition, engagement, activation, product usage and revenue. You’ll design dashboards, tools, semantic layers and plugins that enable teams to answer questions. Along the way, you’ll develop an understanding of how customers use Baseten and with this, define how our systems and product can improve. RESPONSIBILITIES Define how Marketing success is measured: establish metrics across audience growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, usage, pipeline and revenue. THE ROLE Our Sales and Solutions teams navigate hard technical conversations spanning inference performance, GPU economics, latency budgets, deployment shape. As Baseten’s platform matures, we need a dedicated owner to translate launch velocity into field readiness. As our first Product Enablement Lead, you'll sit between Product, Marketing, and Sales GTM and own how Baseten's products, features, campaigns, and market moments like the launch of GLM-5.2 or Kimi K3 or the sudden evolution of Tokenomics as a discipline get translated into field execution. You will own how these launches land with the field, how AEs and SAs stay credible on a highly dynamic technical ecosystem, and how what the field hears from customers makes it back to Product. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You are the bridge between product, marketing, and sales. You'll build the system and run it, which includes cross-functional program leadership, direct training and enablement of in-seat reps, and content and curriculum development for managers, sellers, and new hires.
