Design for complex, data-dense workflows: dashboards, mapping interfaces, alerting systems, and analytical reporting tools. Partner directly with Product and Engineering peers to turn ambiguity into clear product directions, work through tradeoffs and launch experiences. Work directly in code alongside engineers, going beyond static mockups to help build and refine the shipped experience. Work with customers, building direct relationships during key project touchpoints (discovery, feedback, post-launch) and confidently socializing design decisions with stakeholders. Contribute design assets and interaction patterns back to the broader platform. Who you are 10–15 years of experience across a range of design settings and problem types. You're energized by complexity. You take dense, tangled systems and turn them into something elegant and easy to use, and you're at your best when the problem is hard.
