Coordinate installation schedules, resource allocation, and vendor engagement for new and reused tools using TMQ App and TIQ dashboards. Define qualification criteria, oversee execution of tool performance tests, and ensure compliance with fab readiness standards. Standardize TIQ processes across sites, ensuring consistency in SOPs and best-known methods (BKMs). Implement strategies to minimize tool installation and qualification durations through process optimization and automation. Develop contingency plans for delayed installation or qualification failures; escalate critical issues to leadership promptly. Manage relationships with equipment suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to technical specifications. Drive standardization of NPI and TIQ workflows across global sites to improve efficiency and scalability. Ensure adherence to Micron Quality Management System (QMS), safety standards, and global TIQ SOPs.
