THE ROLE Join our dynamic team as an Agile Program Manager within the IT Digital Transformation Group (DTG) to play a key role in driving EverPure's DTG HRIT portfolio. Your leadership will drive project success, ensuring efficient delivery and fostering collaboration across teams. We are looking for a strong leader, energetic self-starter, and strategic thinker passionate about agile program management with a specific focus on HRIT systems. WHAT YOU'll DO Project Leadership: Efficiently manage HRIT programs and project resources, optimizing utilization and ensuring maximum productivity within defined constraints. Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables, implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strategic Problem-Solving: Navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies when necessary, and drive innovation within project execution. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep HRIT projects on course.
