What You Will Be Doing We’re seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Engineer to support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across Acushnet’s Custom Ball and Packaging Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality improvements, reducing process variation, and ensuring products consistently meet customer expectations and internal quality standards. You will partner closely with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to reduce defects, customer returns, quality exceptions, logo overruns, and make-ups while supporting the achievement of established quality performance goals. You will analyze and report quality data through quality management systems and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies, providing insights that drive operational improvements and informed decision-making. As an active participant in quality-focused teams, including Quality Steering Committee activities and Quality Initiative Program projects, you will help lead efforts focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and product quality enhancement. What You’ll Do Develop a deep understanding of product features, customer workflows, system interactions, APIs, data flows, integrations and technical dependencies to identify quality risks and determine the most effective validation strategy Collaborate within Gallup's Product Operating Model alongside product managers, software engineers, designers and fellow quality engineers to ensure quality in every stage of product development Design, execute and maintain manual and automated tests across user interfaces, APIs, integrations and end-to-end workflows Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or comparable modern automation frameworks Perform exploratory, regression, smoke and end-to-end testing to uncover system risks and validate critical customer experiences Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast, reliable feedback throughout development Troubleshoot automation failures and partner with engineering teams to improve test stability, reliability and automation coverage Create and maintain test plans and traceability that reflect product intent, customer impact and overall validation strategy Support production validation and investigate customer-reported issues when needed Continuously improve quality engineering practices, autom

Work Flexibility: Onsite What You Will Do Lead investigations of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions to support timely issue resolution. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams to ensure products and processes meet quality requirements. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, participating in audit activities, and addressing audit observations. Escalate quality concerns to Quality Assurance and Engineering leadership and support resolution activities. Manage containment activities for non-conforming product, including identification, segregation, documentation, and reconciliation. Monitor, analyze, and trend quality data to identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements. Apply statistical analysis and risk management tools, including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering. Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and the Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP). Advanced English proficiency, written and verbal.
