SUMMARY The Electrical Engineer's responsibilities include providing technical guidance for production troubleshooting. The following job description represents a multi-skilled job classification of an Electrical Engineer. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Hands-on Update firmware onto coach and bus, electrical repair or assembly experience • Understanding of electronics and their relationship to software, firmware. • Read and create wiring diagram and schematics use AutoCAD. • Work with vendors to find solutions and suitable products • Communicate with other team members to coordinate the following projects • Work on the improvement and development of electrical vehicles • Develop specifications and test requirements for product design. • Analyze design reliability, serviceability and manufacturability. • Perform engineering duties at customer sites, or off site when required. • Create BOM and oversee creation of drawings to support new design. • If needed, be able to travel to customer’s site for troubleshooting • Provide support to other departments such as Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service. •Recommend improvements to engineering policies and establish new procedures as needed. •Drive continuous improvement to electrical best practices by evaluating industry tools and techniques, collaborating with the Electrical and Software Engineering team to discuss implementation. •Maintain an awareness of how assigned tasks impact schedule, scope, budget, and quality at every st

SUMMARY The Commissioning engineer is responsible for executing the commissioning activities of utility-scale Battery Storage projects. The candidate will plan the commissioning activities, work through day-to-day issues and work closely with the project and product engineering teams and suppliers. The candidate will need to travel to the project sites to support the onsite BESS commissioning activity. JOB DESCRIPTION Build the onsite commissioning plan based on project conditions to ensure the project is commissioned on time with high quality. Provide the installation training to EPC before the project begins. Address customer inquiries regarding product installation and commissioning. Supervise the implementation of the planned commissioning activities, managing on-site quality, safety, and progress in stages to ensure the project proceeds in an orderly manner. Train the local technicians and contractors on the system installation check, energization, parameter setting, testing, troubleshooting and all other related commissioning activities. Based on the on-site manpower situation, allocate tasks to on-site employees and contractors reasonably and determine the responsible individuals for each sub-task. Resolve all issues encountered during commissioning. Seek support from internal and external resources to resolve challenging problems that may arise during commissioning. Maintain on-site customer relationships and ensure timely and effective communication with customers. Quality Inspector conducts quality checks, paperwork evaluation, and studies necessary to successfully carry out his/her duties. The Quality Inspector is to make recommendations for improvements to departments or processes that will result in eliminating the root cause of any quality issues.
