JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision of the Customer Service Manager or Supervisor, the Technician will complete work assignments at Customer facilities, BYD Locations and may be asked to perform other maintenance duties as assigned. Perform diagnosis and repairs of warranty related issues. Provide Customer interface and reports on field maintenance activities. Determine, coordinate, manage resources required to meet set goals and assign resource workflows in the CRM. Responds to Customer requests, comments or complaints as needed. Assist Customer with maintenance related issues. Order parts as needed, coordinates repair and provides daily Service reports/Parts requisitions as needed. Air brake systems and the ability to troubleshoot problems with the air valves. Suspension diagnostics relating to air suspension, track bars, leveling valves.
