ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive recruiting coordinator to support our fast-paced JAPAC Talent Acquisition team. This is a contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating processes, managing systems, and creating a great candidate experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive experience Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting, or people ops/HR support role Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English will be a plus Comfortable working with different time zones and managing scheduling complexity Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse or Workday) and Google Suite products is a plus ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government export regul
