Executive Search Program Coordinator (Contract Hourly) - Hybrid Reporting to the Director of Global Executive Search, the Executive Search Program Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a world-class executive hiring experience. This individual serves as a trusted partner to the Executive Search team, senior leaders, executive assistants, candidates, and external search partners to ensure seamless execution of executive recruiting activities. As the primary point of contact throughout the search process, you will represent Micron's Executive Search function and provide a high-touch, white-glove experience to executive-level candidates. You will manage complex interview logistics, coordinate onboarding activities, support executive search operations, and drive strategic projects that enhance talent acquisition capabilities, processes, and candidate experience.
