Position Overview: The Seller Engagement organization is seeking a Client Relationship Professional to support seller servicer clients through a combination of relationship management, sales support, and operational execution. Unique to this Client Relationship role is an added responsibility of supporting seller servicer clients with technology integration expertise. This role will closely partner with sales executives, pod (regional team) leadership, internal business partners, customers, and vendors to advocate for client needs, drive business outcomes, and help lenders adopt Freddie Mac tools and technology solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted client-facing resource and internal coordinator, supporting strategic account execution while also managing implementation activities that improve lender efficiency, product adoption, and overall client satisfaction. Our Impact: The Single-Family Sales and Seller Engagement teams work directly with internal and external clients to deliver outstanding customer service, deepen seller relationships, and help lenders maximize operational efficiency. By combining client relationship management with seller technology support, this role helps Freddie Mac strengthen account execution, improve customer satisfaction, lower seller origination costs, deliver quality loans, and increase adoption of Freddie Mac tools and solutions.
