You will work proactively with our patients, provider offices and clients via the telephone and directly onsite to compassionately and efficiently coordinate medication shipments, medication adherence services, provider support, and overall customer service for specialty medications. In addition, you will have a thorough knowledge of specialty operations to ensure that our patients are maximizing the integrated pharmacy services provided by CVS Specialty Services. We're open from 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday. You will be asked to work on site 40 hours/ full time within these hours.
