Team: The Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is part of Plaid’s security organization, focused on enabling the business by proactively managing information security risks and maintaining effective controls. Role: You will run security risk assessments for Plaid’s third parties end-to-end—from intake and questionnaire through risk rating, findings, and tracked exceptions. You will assess the security posture of customers and partners onboarding to the platform with the same rigor we apply to vendors. About the Role Ramp needs a highly organized operator to make immigration and mobility work feel clear, responsive, and scalable. This role will spend roughly half its time coordinating active cases and employee communications in tandem with an external counsel program with embedded services, and half building the workflows, dashboards, AI tools, and operational infrastructure that reduce manual work. The Associate will operate within established policies, escalate legal or non-standard issues promptly, and streamline operations for scale. About the Role We're looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join Ramp's People team during an active Workday implementation. Reporting to our Senior HRIS Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in configuration and system support, partnering closely with our implementation partner and cross-functional teams through go-live and hypercare. About the Role Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Sr. Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it.
