About the Role We are looking for a Regional Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across a defined region within the Americas. This is a critical frontline leadership role for someone who has managed high-performing enterprise Account Executives, understands complex technical sales cycles, and is excited to help build the go-to-market motion for one of the most important categories in software. The Federal Sales Team We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented sales professional to drive revenue growth, calling on accounts in the DOW vertical. Our Federal Sales Managers are individual contributors who play a vital role in driving a significant share of revenue for Okta.
