What You'll Work On Qualia is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to help lead go-to-market strategy across our product portfolio. As a key member of the Product Marketing team, this individual will manage go-to-market initiatives, lead product and feature launches and integrated campaigns, develop messaging and positioning, support sales enablement, and produce content such as product collateral, videos, and customer case studies. This highly collaborative role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON The Bank Partner Network Manager will be a key participant in driving the success of Qualia's Bank Partner Network. Reporting to the Director of Banking, you will own day-to-day support of Qualia's bank partnerships, while working in close coordination with Qualia’s internal teams to further key program initiatives. As Infinitum's first dedicated strategic sourcing leadership role, this position will establish sourcing methodologies, supplier-selection processes, negotiation frameworks, and category-management practices. POSITION SUMMARY: The role of a Laboratory Assistant I has the ability to receive specimens with an ability to exercise independent judgement in the performance of assigned laboratory tasks. This role ensures all workflow stations within the laboratory are given specimens in a timely manner, with turnaround time in consideration. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 2.00 PM-10:30 PM PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Assist licensed/certified staff in preparing specimen (i.e. blood tubes, tissue) to be processed for testing •Receive and deliver specimens to the appropriate workflows and/or labs •Maintain organization of samples through physical and electronic sample storage and/or disposal. •Accurately enter patient data into the Laboratory Inventory Management System (LIMS). •Prepares samples for shipment •Maintains organization of inventory, materials, and supplies within the lab •Assists in cleaning lab equipment and benches •Responsible for maintaining an updated understanding and knowledge of methods pertaining to the role •Completes training and other deadlines on time. •Recognizes and escalates issues to the lead/supervisor •Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (TAG, 5S) •Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner •Adheres to Departmental Expectations •This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job •Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements. •Performs other duties as assigned. POSITION SUMMARY: Performs histological preparations for Signatera Whole Exome/Genome Sequencing PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform histological preparations for the tissue whole exome sequencing laboratory with little to no errors • Duties may include, but not limited to: preparation of tissues, stained slides, macrodissection, and supporting workflow tasks • May independently perform testing, reagent, and equipment preparation after completion of training and competency. • Participates in validations • Performs qualifications of reagents • Monitors and performs case management; ensures all cases are processed within department TAT goals and investigates sample processing issues • Actively participate in EH&S initiatives such as safety audits • Participates in updating and creating Standard Operating Procedures • May serve as the general supervisor (Depending on education and years of experience) and perform competencies • Has an understanding of equipment and process troubleshooting • Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the established performance specifications as needed. Escalates protocol deviation to the supervisor • Provides general oversight of personnel and the daily operations in the lab. Provides guidance to new team members QUALIFICATIONS: • An associate's, or higher, degree in a histotechnician program OR An associate's degree, or higher, in one of the chemical or biological sciences AND - one year of experience and/or training in histology within the past 5 years OR - completion of a course of training of at least nine months in a histotechnician program OR A bachelor's, or higher, degree in one of the chemical or biological sciences, including a combination of thirty (30) hours in biology and chemistry; and either one of the following conditions: - one year of experience and/or training in histology within the past 5 years OR - completion of a course of training of at least nine months in a histotechnician program
