The Role As an SDET 2 at AiDASH , you will own the quality of the AI-powered applications behind our offerings. You will understand application requirements and architecture, then build test strategies that cover both functional behaviour and performance. Your work will include API automation using Java and RestAssured , data validation, performance testing with tools like JMeter, and monitoring application health after release. Success means shipping reliable, high-performing applications that help our teams deliver faster. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Platform, and SRE to build scalable automation, guardrails, and validation systems that reduce production risk while increasing delivery velocity. This is not a “test scripts only” role. You’ll shape automation strategy, embed quality into the SDLC, and help define how changes move safely from dev → staging → UAT → prod in a fast-moving healthcare platform. You’ll help define how quality scales as Cohere grows. This role has real influence over release safety, platform reliability, and how engineering teams ship software in a regulated, high-impact domain.
