Duties may include: Ensure high visibility by periodically stopping and patrolling different areas of the lot to deter criminal activity. Ensure that individuals attempting to enter the facility have proper identification and access passes, such as badges, cards, or visitor passes. Ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles are entering or exiting the lot by checking identification, vehicle registration, or other access control protocols. Checking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate. Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) procedures. Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections. Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons. Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required. Continuously monitor CCTV cameras placed around the gate area to identify suspicious activities, unauthorized entry, or any security breaches. Keep a detailed log of all trucks entering or leaving the premises, including company name, driver name, truck ID number, cargo type, and delivery or pick-up det

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Greet and assist employees and visitors, in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving a positive first impression. Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building. Identify all employees and/or visitors upon arrival. Monitor CCTV camera systems within the facility. Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations. Answer regular phones and emergency phones. Monitor alarm panels. Respond to incidents including property emergencies.
