Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, or a customer-facing role preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain a SLED security license or certification. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Must be able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.
