Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Duties may include: Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors. Checking vehicle passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property. Checking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate. Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) procedures. Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections. Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons. Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required. Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment. Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages. Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management. Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 1

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Greet and assist employees and visitors, in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving a positive first impression. Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building. Identify all employees and/or visitors upon arrival. Monitor CCTV camera systems within the facility. Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations. Answer regular phones and emergency phones. Monitor alarm panels. Respond to incidents including property emergencies. Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages. Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty. Other duties as needed. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license. High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred. Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
