About the Role We're hiring a Principal Brand Designer to own the evolution of Snorkel's brand identity. Snorkel has changed faster than its brand has. You'll close that gap: defining where the visual identity goes next, building the system that carries it, and making sure every surface, from the website to a NeurIPS booth to a benchmark leaderboard, looks like it came from the most rigorous lab in AI. This is a senior individual-contributor role with real leverage and autonomy. You'll be hands-on in the work, and you'll also manage our design agency and a bench of freelance contractors, setting direction, reviewing work, and holding a high bar across everything they ship.
