Job description
As Senior Corporate Counsel, you’ll help Coder move commercial agreements from the first redline to signature with clarity and good judgment. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to negotiate contracts that support the business while managing legal risk. You’ll lead negotiations across our commercial agreements and help teammates work through legal questions as deals progress. You’ll bring practical guidance, clear communication, and a strong understanding of how in-house legal teams support growing businesses. What you’ll do here Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and business partners. Partner closely with Sales and Deal Desk throughout the contracting process.
