About the Team The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team partners closely with leaders across Outreach to provide the financial insights and strategic guidance that help drive informed business decisions. The team plays a critical role in planning, forecasting, performance management, and helping the business understand the financial impact of its investments and priorities. The Position CallRail is looking for a highly analytical and detail oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A you will be responsible for pulling together reports and analysis to support the decision making of the Executive and Leadership teams. Additionally, you will partner closely with various departments, Talent & Culture and Accounting to improve our internal financial processes and help advance the operating objectives of the business.
