About the Opportunity The Senior Growth Manager will own local growth strategy and end-to-end program delivery across product go-to-market, customer growth, and priority segments, including advanced traders and VIPs. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role responsible for translating business and product priorities into coordinated growth initiatives and measurable commercial outcomes. The role will act as the key local stakeholder for global Performance Marketing and Lifecycle teams while working closely with Product, Relationship Management, Data, Marketing, and other regional and global stakeholders. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to help build the foundations of our ANZ business from the ground up. You'll own programs across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention, with events as a core piece of the mix.
