Remote or hybrid working Position Summary This role provides strategic leadership for benefits across assigned regions, partnering with global and regional teams to deliver competitive, sustainable and employee-focused programs. You will lead benefits renewals, funding strategies and vendor management, support mergers and acquisitions, and collaborate with key stakeholders to manage cost, risk and the employee experience.
