Reporting to the Director, M&A Finance, the Senior Program Manager, M&A Finance will be a critical leader within the M&A Finance team, supporting the full M&A lifecycle from diligence and transaction planning through close, integration, and post-close value realization. Position Summary The Senior Manager, Corporate Development — M&A Integration plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic growth initiatives. This individual will support multiple transactions simultaneously and partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and execute due diligence, integrations, and separations. As a key member of the M&A Integration team, the Senior Manager will develop and manage value chain analyses, entanglement assessments, stranded-cost analyses, one-time cost evaluations, service grids, and transition services agreements for acquisitions and divestitures. This is a high-stakes, high-visibility role reporting into the EU Tech Leader, with direct exposure to Freenow and Lyft leadership. You will be the single point of accountability for technical Day 1 readiness. That means making sure every employee, every office, and every critical system is ready to operate underFreenow by Lyft from the moment the deal closes — and that the integration stream is up and running the day after. You will also be the TPM accountable for the integration of future acquisitions Freenow makes. This is not a role for someone who wants to administer a project plan.
