The Senior Director, People Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the Global Chief Revenue officer and Sales Leadership team and helps align business objectives with people strategies, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions. Key Responsibilities Provides strategic leadership and expert guidance to assigned commercial client groups, along with consultation and delivery of People programs to achieve key commercial objectives Manage a team of People Business Partners to provide effective and timely People support and consultation to assigned client groups Leads organization design activities and talent management strategies to implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create more effective and efficient organizations that are aligned to shifting business demands Leverages complex data and people analytics to provide critical insights into business and talent trends that inform the overall commercial and People priorities Utilizes Microsoft 365 Copilot and other approved AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize information, prepare leadership communications, and generate actionable insights Champions the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across client groups, helping leaders improve productivity, decision quality, and organizational effectiveness
