The Role As a Senior Identity Security Engineer on Palantir's Identity Security team, you will own the security posture of the identity infrastructure that Palantirians, customers, and services rely on every day. The Identity Security team is responsible for all identity types at Palantir - workforce, customer, workload, and agentic - giving you the rare ability to architect, threat model, and drive security outcomes across the full identity surface. You will help shape the technical direction for identity security at Palantir, reduce standing access, lead identity threat modeling, and contribute to the next generation of identity primitives including agent identity, JIT-native governance, and unified policy enforcement across workforce and customer IAM. The Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a customer-facing product engineering team focused on developing advanced Command and Control (C2) and Agentic Autonomy Software for Autonomous Systems for use in operational and tactical missions. This role involves building, integrating, and deploying state-of-the-art software solutions that combine sensors, actuators, unmanned vehicles, and intelligent decision-making systems including self-hosted and commercial LLMs to enable users to employ and manage robotic and autonomous systems across a variety of mission sets. ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our high content imaging lab within the Discovery Biology and Pharmacology (DBP) group at the vibrant Groton campus in Connecticut. DBP is responsible for hit-identification, lead optimization, and molecular characterization of our small molecules and has teams focused on high-throughput screening, DNA-encoded libraries, pharmacology, protein homeostasis platforms, cellular models, functional genomics, and high-content imaging. The group is highly integrated with other groups in Medicine Design including Chemists, Structural Biologists, and Computational Scientists, and supports the small molecule portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas. The individual in this role will bring in rich experience in high content imaging and high throughput flow cytometry, and apply them to support our diverse small molecule portfolio spanning various therapeutic areas.
