In this role, you will help define Smartsheet's growth strategy through insights produced with data analysis. You will work directly with senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making as part of a collaborative, motivated team. Your work will be instrumental in helping our Sales partners optimize their pipeline, increase retention, and close deals. This is a senior people management role at the intersection of analytical strategy and operational execution — you will own the day-to-day leadership of five Senior Revenue Operations Analysts and one Data Engineer, while serving as a key strategic partner to Go-To Market (GTM) leadership globally. You will drive the analytical agenda that informs Smartsheet's growth strategy, aligning data and analysis around pipeline health, sales productivity, retention, territory effectiveness, services utilization, and commission planning.
