We are hiring a Manager, Fleet Operations Training to own training for the full Fleet Operations workforce. This is not a corporate L&D role focused on leadership workshops. It is an operational training leadership job: you will run the function that certifies Crew to perform safety-critical work and keeps them current as the product, processes, and geographic footprint scale. The scope spans two training surfaces that must run to the same bar: Remote operations: This looks and feels like a high-stakes contact center: nested coaching, certification before live work, quality-driven upskilling, and trainer-to-learner ratios that have to hold as hiring ramps.
