ABOUT THE ROLE: Are you a strategic thinker and proven problem-solver with deep expertise in modern IT ecosystems? We're seeking a Sr. IT Systems Engineer passionate about driving automation, maturing enterprise workforce identity and access management (IAM), and architecting scalable, secure SaaS integrations. This senior individual contributor role serves as a key technical resource, partnering closely with IT Services, Information Security, HR, Finance, and Engineering teams. You'll own the deployment and integration of mission-critical IT systems, act as the primary escalation point for complex IT outages and architectural challenges, and guide the evolution of our hybrid infrastructure to support rapid business growth. About the Team Rubrik's Renewal Strategy & Operations team protects one of the most valuable, fastest-compounding assets in enterprise software: $1.57 billion in subscription ARR, growing 32% year-over-year. Renewal Strategy & Operations is the team that builds the operating system for that asset. We sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, systems, and execution, and we are genuinely in a 0-to-1 build phase - the forecasting models, governance frameworks, quoting infrastructure, and playbooks that will run this business at 2x today's scale don't fully exist yet. That's the work: you will be designing the machine. You'll bring a strategic voice that understands renewals as a business - thinking in terms of root cause, leverage points, and scalable systems. You'll partner directly with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, and IT leaders, and your fingerprints will be on the foundation this function runs on for years. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced BSA/AML Investigator to help detect, prevent, and report financial crimes. As part of the Legal & Compliance Team, you will help maintain an effective BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance program (“BSA/AML Program”) for X Money.
