In this role, you will partner with engineering leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies for teams in systems engineering, artificial intelligence, software and robotics. As a Staff Technical Program Manager for Powertrain and Thermal, you will serve as the Program Lead for our Powertrain & Thermal team. You will provide the overarching technical direction and leadership required to guide the vehicle program from concept through production across Powertrain and Thermal domains. In this position, you will bridge the gap between high-level program milestones and deep technical execution. You are responsible for balancing performance attributes, cost, quality, and manufacturability while coordinating engineering execution across our internal team and external partners. Zoox is developing a full-stack autonomous mobility solution for our cities. As a Technical Program Manager in EE Systems, you will own the electrical and electrical-distribution program scope on vehicle programs that Zoox executes jointly with external engineering partners. You will own the RASIC, the change flow, the milestone plan, and the weekly truth about where EE stands. The harness technical lead owns the engineering content; you own the program.
