About the Team DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We explore robotics and automation to transform last mile logistics in the long term. About the Role We’re looking for a strong operator to carry out the testing, deployment, and logging of new advanced technologies, working outside and from various offices around the Phoenix area. Two-week training will occur in the Phoenix Arizona Area. In this role, you’ll report to the Team Lead and be a core member of our Field Operations Team. Shift: This role requires working nights and weekends, with shift hours ranging from 2 PM to 12 AM. There may be a need to rotate between shifts to support operational and business needs. There will be a two week notice provided whenever this is needed. This role requires you to be comfortable with riding an electric bike in the Phoenix Area. You will need to be comfortable biking in day/night conditions as well as in traffic/on streets. About the Role As a Senior Associate in Fraud Operations, you'll help safeguard our platform through fraud detection and prevention. You'll scale reviews, build collaborative relationships with our outsourced operations partners(BPO), and optimize operational processes. You'll also drive performance management initiatives to help those partner teams meet and exceed performance standards. This role blends project management, quality analysis, and vendor relationship management, with hands-on casework along the way. You will report into the Associate Manager on our Fraud Partner Operations team in our Fraud Strategy and Operations organization. This position requires an in-office presence at the DoorDash corporate office in Tempe, and the employee must live within a commutable 50 miles from the office.
