We’re looking for an Operations Specialist who wants to continue the micromobility revolution. As the Operations Specialist, you will support the General Manager of Bluebikes in developing and executing operational plans with a consistent eye towards service quality, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the overall customer experience. You’ll roll up your sleeves for some hands-on problem solving, while also tackling big picture projects to improve the Bluebikes system.
