Role Overview As a Digital Asset Trade Operations Specialist, you will manage end-to-end settlement workflows, safeguard ledger integrity, and act as the primary operational point of contact for institutional counterparties. You will collaborate closely with Trading, Treasury, Risk, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and liquidity across the digital asset lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Counterparty & Settlement Management: Serve as the main operational contact for an assigned portfolio of institutional counterparties. Execute trade settlements within agreed SLAs and track operational performance against KPIs. Reconciliation & Data Integrity: Perform daily multi-system reconciliations across internal ledgers and external platforms (custodians, exchanges, banking partners). Swiftly identify, investigate, and resolve breaks to ensure 100% data accuracy. Treasury & Inventory Monitoring: Track daily inventory requirements for trading, settlement, lending, and borrowing activities. Partner directly with Treasury Management to optimize asset location and liquidity. Treasury is leading a Finance wide capability for an AI-augmented operational model and process for variance analysis; this role will support the execution of that effort, providing key domain expertise and execution support. Day-to-day, the candidate will act as a key business contributor for the OM / AI capability build, supporting the delivery of the variance analysis process — including a prototype to be leveraged across Finance. This includes assisting in the definition of use case requirements, validating outputs, and helping to ensure the resulting tooling is fit for finance-wide reuse. The output of this work will contribute to establishing the reusable OM / AI pattern that subsequent Finance teams will adopt. This role requires an understanding of OM and AI strategic direction of the Finance function, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in Liquidity Operations process.
