What is The Role We are seeking an experienced, tech-forward Senior Accountant as part of our rapid organizational growth. Working with cross Accounting, finance, and treasury teams you will perform month-end close execution, foreign exchange accounting, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing calculations, and complex balance sheet reconciliations. You will also participate in project automation and process improvement, leveraging tools; including Python, Sigma, SQL, and AI capabilities, to streamline legacy workflows and enhance reporting accuracy. What You Will Be Doing Support on month-end close activities, including complex journal entries, financial accruals, intercompany eliminations, transfer pricing calculations, intercompany AR/AP billing, and FX variance analysis. Perform secondary book validation and ensure accuracy across multi-entity and statutory reporting ledgers. Assist with M&A opening balance sheet preparation and support monthly journal entries until acquired companies are fully integrated into Elastic. Maintain and update the Chart of Accounts (COA) to support evolving business structures and reporting requirements.
