Cloud Partner Reconciliations : Oversee the end-to-end reconciliation of internal platform usage against usage submitted by cloud platform partners (GCP, AWS, Azure). Analyze all reconciling items between internal and external usage, resolve discrepancies stemming from errors/bugs, identify revenue recognition impacts in consultation with accounting, and establish standardized governance processes. SOX & Engineering Process Execution : Execute processes in close collaboration with Engineering to ensure all usage-related, financially impacting workflows are accurate, complete, SOX-ready, and fully validated prior to customer billing and revenue conversion. Metering Data Set Management : Manage the paid usage metering dataset to ensure the revenue yield for every unit of consumption remains precise, maintaining a reliable internal source of truth for Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders.
