Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading. About the team + role We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. The Developer Infrastructure org is the engine behind Robinhood's entire engineering organization — a collection of tightly integrated teams whose collective mission is to make every engineer at Robinhood faster, more reliable, and exponentially more productive. The org spans four major teams: DevX (Developer Experience), TestX (Test Infrastructure), Backend Platform, and Mobile Platform. DevX owns Robinhood's monorepo and Bazel-based build infrastructure — the critical layer between a developer writing code and that code being ready to ship — along with the company's full CI/CD pipeline and remote build execution cluster. TestX owns the infrastructure behind Robinhood's entire test experience: the integration test environments, and personal development environments that serve as miniature simulations of the full Robinhood system, giving engineers a safe, isolated space to test their code end-to-end before it ever touches production. Backend Platform and Mobile Platform own the core language runtimes, libraries, IDEs, and developer toolchains across Python, Go, TypeScript, Swift, and Android. Together, these teams share a single north star: leveraging AI and agentic systems

With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information. For more information, visit www.redditinc.com . Reddit is where 130M+ people a day come to share what they know, ask what they don't, and find their people. Every post, comment, and new format starts with our composers. We're looking for a Senior Staff engineer to be the technical anchor for how people create on Reddit across Web, iOS, and Android. You'll own the cross-client vision for contribution. That means one shared content model and set of client contracts that all three platforms build against, the performance and reliability engines underneath, and the creation surfaces on top. Our modernized composers are now live on every platform, so the next chapter is growth: making video a first-class way to create, bringing new formats to every user, and using AI to inspire contribution without writing it for people. Every bet has to earn its way through an experiment, so you'll pair architectural judgment with real rigor about what moves the metrics. This is an IC leadership role, partnering directly with Product, Design, and Data Science leadership. Key Responsibilities: Own the cross-client architecture: Define the shared contracts that Web, iOS, and Android build against, including our rich content model, GraphQL schemas, and shared UI primitives. A feature should be designed once and shipped natively everywhere, not built three bespoke ways. Make video and media first-class: Set the client architecture for video creation, editing, drafts, and upload, built to survive bad networks, app restarts, and lower-end devices. Bring new formats to every user: Establish how

Our users come to Pinterest to explore ideas and run more than 80 billion search queries every month. Many of these queries represent exploratory search and shopping intent and are broad, which means that the search system should be able to deeply understand this intent, then help people explore content, personalize results, harness visual and multimodal signals effectively, and show the most engaging content up front. All of this means that Pinterest Search presents a unique challenge quite unlike other search systems and the opportunity to innovate on a product that only Pinterest can build. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Staff Engineer to lead Search’s product and front-end strategy across iOS and other platforms such as Android and Web, spann
