With AI redefining the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. Our diverse team of technologists have developed a high performance RISC-V CPU from scratch, and share a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems. We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities. Tenstorrent is seeking talented Physical Design Engineers to implement high-performance blocks for our industry-leading CPU and AI/ML architectures. You'll own the complete implementation flow from synthesis to tapeout, working alongside world-class engineers to push the boundaries of performance, power, and area. If you're passionate about crafting silicon that powers the future of AI computing and thrive on solving complex design challenges, we want you on our team. This role is hybrid , based out of Austin, TX, Santa Clara, CA or Fort Collins, CO. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting. Who You Are A hands-on engineer with deep expertise in SOC/ASIC physical design and a track record of successful tapeouts. Passionate about optimizing PPA through innovative implementation techniques and close RTL collaboration. Strong problem solver who excels at debugging complex issues across design hierarchies. Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, technically challenging environments. What We Need BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS with proven experience in synthesis, PnR, and timing closure on taped-out designs. Expertise with industry-
About the Team DoorDash Labs, established in 2018, serves as the innovation hub for DoorDash, focusing on developing automation and robotics solutions to enhance last-mile logistics. The team's mission is to create technologies that support and augment human networks, aiming to improve efficiency for Dashers, merchants, and consumers alike. We’re ruthlessly focused on business impact. We are a highly senior team composed of former pioneers from a variety of different robotics industries. As of 2025, DoorDash has completed 10B lifetime deliveries. We’re focused on how to do the next 10B even better. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior/Staff electrical and firmware engineer who designs the board and writes the firmware for connected consumer and enterprise devices, including tablets, POS systems, peripherals, and emerging robotics applications. In this role, you will take connected devices from ambiguous user or business needs through system architecture, rapid prototyping, board design, firmware implementation, bring-up, field deployment, and production transition. The ideal candidate has a passion for building and shipping reliable hardware at scale and thrives in an environment that demands technical depth and high-quality execution across multiple concurrent programs. This is a build-heavy role on a small, senior team. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Own connected devices end to end, including: Own connected devices from an ambiguous product need through field deployment. Work across the hardware and firmware boundary instead of handing work between specialists. Explore uncertain product ideas through rapid prototypes and experiments. Make consequential tradeoffs on a small, senior team with direct exposure to users and field behavior. Key Responsibilities Translate user and business needs into an integrated electrical and firmware architecture. Design compute-based, mixed-signal boards incorporating processors
About Us At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in. We are seeking a Staff engineer to design, build, and operate the internal and external Observability stack for the MongoDB platform. Tens of thousands of customers depend on our Observability stack to monitor their database clusters and to generate actionable alerts to safeguard critical workloads. The Collections team is a newly formed team within MongoDB's Observability & Adoption Org focused on making telemetry onboarding and collection significantly easier across MongoDB. We own key parts of the observability collection stack, including onboarding experience, telemetry collection agents across the data and control planes, and ingestion services for metrics, logs, and traces that support both internal and customer observability in MongoDB, driving insights, recommendations, and alerting. Our mission is to reduce friction for teams implementing and iterating on Observability while partnering closely with development teams to instrument their services using shared best practices, helping define the conventions our telemetry should follow, and building collection and ingestion systems that are stable, performant, secure, well-documented, and self-service. We also work closely with the Data Pipeline and Storage & Query teams to help ensure MongoDB has a stable and performant observability stack end to end. This is an opportunity to join a team shaping how observability works across MongoDB and to have outsized impact on both the developer experience and the reliability of the platform underneath it. As MongoDB Atlas and its supporting infrastructure continue to experience rapid growth, the demand for high-cardinality observability data for internal and external use cases means we need to continually innovate and scale our systems to the next level. For example, MongoDB Observability systems need to handle 10’s of billions of metrics time series, all whilst processing petabytes of logs, traces, and events.
