Customer obsession: You learn by talking to users, and you turn what you hear into product decisions. Proven scale: You've taken a product from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled it, and you think in outcomes, not features. Systems thinking: You can see which existing pieces to reuse and which to build, then make the trade-offs. AI-native workflow: You use AI to speed up research, specs and prototyping, and you see it as a product lever. ➡️ What we can offer you Local expertise on tap: Tax advisors who know the German market will support you, so you don't need to be an accountant.
