We partner directly with business teams to redesign high-value domains from first principles and turn them into software-defined, AI-native products. We are customer zero for Snowflake technology: we build first-of-a-kind solutions for our own teams, prove their value in production, and bring the learnings to our customers. We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead products that make our Finance, People, Legal, and other enterprise domains AI-Native. This is not an application management role. You will own the product problem from discovery through value realization. You will identify where work should be eliminated, redesigned, automated, or delegated to software; define the product strategy; align the business and technology teams; and lead the delivery of products that people choose to use.
