Exciting opportunity to serve as the Program Manager for Illumina's High Throughput Sequencing (HTS) portfolio, including NovaSeq X and NovaSeq 6000 platforms. The Staff Program Manager is responsible for driving execution of on-market platform priorities, sustaining initiatives, product improvements, lifecycle management activities, and cross-functional governance across Development, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, Commercial, Service, and Supply Chain organizations. This role serves as a key operational partner to the Product Technical Lead and platform leadership team, translating strategic priorities into executable plans and ensuring timely delivery of critical initiatives that improve customer experience, platform reliability, quality, compliance, operational efficiency, and business performance. About the Team The Decision Systems team helps DoorDash teams make faster, more rigorous, and more trustworthy decisions. We build the analytical systems, statistical methods, and product experiences that power experimentation, causal inference, rollout analysis, metric interpretation, and business impact measurement across DoorDash’s three-sided marketplace. Curie is DoorDash’s experiment analysis product within Decision Systems. It sits at the center of how teams move from hypothesis to analysis to confident action, helping decision makers understand experiments, rollouts, metric movements, and marketplace impact while preserving scientific rigor, velocity, trust, and interpretability. Our work spans experimentation platforms, causal inference, variance reduction, switchback experimentation, metric systems, and AI-assisted analysis workflows. Role Summary The Rare Disease – Rare Cardiac, Senior Health & Science Specialist (KAISER ROLE) is a field-based specialty sales role responsible for driving the growth of Rare Cardiac products through compliant, strategic relationships within assigned accounts. This role partners with Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to execute effective promotional strategies, support appropriate access, and deliver high-impact customer engagement. The Rare Disease – Rare Cardiac Health & Science Specialist leverages strong sales acumen, product and disease-state expertise, and a structured approach to in-person engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Role Responsibilities Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person interactions across Kaiser and other rare cardiac accounts. Build strong, compliant relationships with cardiology HCPs, multidisciplinary care teams, and office staff across assigned accounts. Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate Rare Cardiac product use.
