About the Role DoorDash is looking for a strong individual contributor within Sales Strategy - Sales Planning & Incentives, to execute top company business objectives and help define our sales strategy and planning roadmap. Your responsibilities will range from strategic (designing quotas and incentives aligned to the company's goals and strategy, integrating new products into sales GTM strategy and building consensus among sales leadership) to operational (forecasting, designing compensation plans, driving plan implementation and ensuring key metrics can be communicated, tracked and commissions calculated). You will bring a strategic mindset and deliver critical insights using analytical and technical support to the successful administration of sales incentive programs globally while proactively building partnerships, promoting open dialogue and creative insights expertise to issues in real time. This role specifically supports our US SMB Presales organization spanning multiple sales motions and role types. ABOUT THE TEAM The Sales Compliance team makes sure DoorDash and Deliveroo charge every merchant correctly and sell in a way that is compliant and built to scale. We own sales controls, revenue assurance, and order-to-cash (OTC) controls across the Merchant organization, from the signed contract, to how it is configured in our systems, to the charge a merchant sees. We are part of Sales Strategy & Operations, which builds the go-to-market strategies, processes, and systems that help our sales teams move faster and grow revenue across every business line. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Sales Compliance for our new and emerging businesses, and to run it like a strategy and operations business, not a checklist. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and team behind DoorDash’s sales controls: key SOX revenue controls, contract-to-system-to-charge reconciliations, and the systems, data, and processes that make compliant selling the default. Your mandate is to protect revenue and audit outcomes while making it easier, not harder, for Sales to grow. This role focuses on DoorDash’s new and emerging business lines, where products, pricing models, and contract structures are still evolving and many controls are being built for the first time. About the Role We’re seeking an Associate General Counsel to lead commercial legal strategy and execution for OpenAI’s silicon initiatives and the semiconductor ecosystem that supports our AI infrastructure. This is a senior, highly cross-functional role for a lawyer who can advise business and technical leaders across the semiconductor development, manufacturing, and supply lifecycle.
