Reporting to the VP, Procurement Global Category Management, this position will develop and execute category strategies that strengthen supply chain resiliency, deliver cost reductions and year-over-year productivity improvements, and maintain or improve product quality and supplier service levels. The role will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement effective sourcing, supplier management, cost reduction, innovation, and risk mitigation strategies. What you will do: Provide leadership for global category strategy activities for Sterilization , with responsibility for a significant portion of global category spend. Lead category strategy development and execution while building organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and strategic hiring. Partner across Divisional Procurement, Global Sterilization Services, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Advanced Operations, Materials Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, R&D, Business Development, and Senior Leadership to deliver the best quality, service, value, and supply continuity.
