Position Summary A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures. Essential Functions: 1. Management Work effectively with store management and store crews Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews 2. Customer Service Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints Promote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank) Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers Maintain customer/patient confidentiality 3. Merchandise/Presentation Price merchandise Stock shelves Execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise</

Position Overview: A highly skilled UPS Field Engineer is needed to apply an in-depth knowledge of UPS start-up, testing, and operations. This role involves commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support for power electronics at customer sites. Key Responsibilities: •Conducts commissioning-focused design reviews, prepares test procedures and reports, and oversees on-site testing. •Performs preventive maintenance, emergency response, equipment start-up, and field modifications. •Coordinates with technical support to resolve maintenance or operational issues. •Assists in developing Methods of Procedures (MOPs). •Reports to a supervisor for any unusual issues or developments. •Trains periodically at company headquarters on testing equipment and rebuilding systems. •Completes Field Service Reports promptly and provides proactive recommendations to clients. •Candidate will be based from home. Qualifications: •Minimum of 3-5 years' experience. Preferred 10+ years of relevant experience. •Skilled in troubleshooting equipment such as UPS, batteries, PDUs, STSs, etc. •Proficient with hand tools and test equipment for maintenance and repairs. •Strong verbal, written communication, and customer service skills. •Ability to work independently with resourcefulness and initiative. •Knowledge of equipment manufacturers’ specifications. •Physically capable of bending and lifting up to 100 lbs as required. •Willingness to work nights, weekends, and be on-call when needed. •Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. •Prior experience with third-party UPS service providers is a plus. •OEM factory training or experience with brands such as Emerson/Liebert/Vertiv, APC/MGE/Schneider, or Eaton/Powerware/PDI is required. •A technical degree (e.g., DeVry, Lincoln Tech) is a plus. •Military veterans with experience in Electrical/Mechanical systems are highly valued (Navy EMN, ETN, MMNs, Army Power Generation, Air Force Power Production, Coast Guard, etc.). •Must have
