ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Lead Technician on SpaceXSI's power generation team, you will lead the technician crew for on-site generation that powers high-density AI supercomputing facilities in the Southaven / Memphis area. You will work across plant, process, and electrical systems — gas turbine packages, balance-of-plant, fuel gas and fluid systems, and medium-voltage electrical through 34.5 kV. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Lead to lead the buildout, startup, and handover of mechanical systems for SpaceXSI's high-performance data centers. In this senior hands-on leadership role, you will direct commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and turnover of critical cooling, air handling, and fluid distribution systems that support next-generation AI supercomputing infrastructure. You will lead a team of commissioning technicians while working closely with construction, engineering, operations, EPC contractors, and OEM vendors to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality mechanical systems. This is a full-time, onsite role with extensive travel to SpaceXSI data center construction sites across the United States. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Fiber Supervisor at SpaceXSI's Memphis data center, you’ll lead the fiber optic installation and maintenance teams that keep critical network infrastructure online. Working onsite with project management and superintendents, you’ll plan work, direct technicians, and own quality, safety, and schedule on datacenter fiber projects. Expect to stay hands-on, coach the crew, and make sure systems run reliably in support of SpaceXSI's mission of accelerating human scientific discovery through AI.
