ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Driver to oversee delivery and material transport operations supporting data center construction and operations in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and damage-free movement of high-value materials and equipment (including servers, networking gear, power systems, cooling infrastructure, and other critical components) between warehouses, vendor sites, and data center locations. You will combine hands-on driving and loading duties with route coordination and compliance oversight in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Load, drive, and unload materials using commercial vehicles (tractors, trailers, vans, and flatbeds) while meeting all federal, state, and local transportation requirements Safely load and unload trucks at pickup and drop-off points, primarily using forklifts; ensure loads are properly secured for undamaged delivery Scan barcodes and transact material movements in the WMS/ERP to meet inventory and receiving requirements Take route direction from logistics leadership and communicate issues, delays, or exceptions promptly to supervisors and affected teams Maintain and review all

ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Facilities Operations Supervisor at SpaceXSI Memphis, you will oversee the maintenance and performance of critical data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental systems. You will lead a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, driving hands-on technical operations, team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our data center. This role emphasizes fostering a team-first culture, prioritizing team focus, and promoting a collaborative work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and mentor a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, including HVAC, power distribution, and backup systems. Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules, equipment calibration, and system performance monitoring. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Fiber Supervisor at SpaceXSI's Memphis data center, you’ll lead the fiber optic installation and maintenance teams that keep critical network infrastructure online. Working onsite with project management and superintendents, you’ll plan work, direct technicians, and own quality, safety, and schedule on datacenter fiber projects. Expect to stay hands-on, coach the crew, and make sure systems run reliably in support of SpaceXSI's mission of accelerating human scientific discovery through AI. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise fiber technicians through all phases of datacenter installation projects, in coordination with the Project Manager and Superintendent Assign daily work, set priorities, and track progress so installations, splices, and repairs finish on schedule and to standard Ensure a safe and productive work environment, including job-site briefings, PPE compliance, and elevation and confined-space practices Develop inspection points and sensor checks so faulty fiber does not degrade system performance Direct troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and installation of fiber optic systems, and verify work before closeout Review and approve replacement of faulty

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Supervisor, OSP Fiber will lead a team of five fiber technicians responsible for installing, splicing, testing, and maintaining outside plant fiber infrastructure for a new data center. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set daily priorities, own crew safety and quality, and still work in the field alongside the team. You will be accountable for schedule, as-built accuracy, and delivering a reliable OSP fiber plant from construction through turnover and ongoing operations. ABOUT THE ROLE: This role supervises hourly Production Coordinators and adjacent logistics teammates supporting data center construction, commissioning, and ongoing campus operations at Memphis / Southaven. You will lead shift execution of work-order driven material flow — inventory requests, shortage management, kit / de-kit, BOM reconciliation, and on-time delivery of high-value servers, networking gear, power and cooling components, and infrastructure materials to Site Operations and construction. You will set the standard for inventory integrity, safety, and customer service while driving continuous improvement across receiving, inventory, kitting, and material flow.
