Role Overview & Impact This is a senior, customer-facing technical role within the Customer Success organization. We are looking for a deeply technical leader who can partner with Japanese customers, communicate effectively in Japanese (written and spoken), and guide them toward operational excellence with Portworx. In this role, you will: Work directly with customer architects and senior administrators to design, deploy, and optimize mission-critical applications—including databases—within Kubernetes and other container orchestration environments using Portworx. Provide advanced technical escalation support to our Technical Support Engineering team. Lead joint solution development with technology partners to expand the Portworx ecosystem and drive deeper interoperability.
